We offer a few different ways to get your package to you depending on your budget, how fast you need it, and whether you prefer home delivery or collecting it yourself.
Here is what each courier option means for you:
1. Smart Locker Collection (You Pick It Up)
- D2LM / D2LL (Door to Locker – Economy):
- What it means for you: The courier drops your package into a secure pudo smart locker near you. You will receive an SMS with a unique PIN code as soon as it arrives, allowing you to collect it whenever it suits you (even after hours).
- Delivery speed: This uses standard road transport and usually takes 2 to 4 business days to reach the locker.
2. Door-to-Door Delivery (Delivered to Your Door)
- ECOR (Economy Road Regional):
- What it means for you: A driver will bring the package directly to your specified home or office doorstep. This is a highly cost-effective, standard road delivery option tailored for regional towns and outlying areas outside major cities.
- Delivery speed: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
- PRIR (Priority Regional):
- What it means for you: This is a premium, express delivery service directly to your doorstep. If you are located in a regional or outlying town and cannot afford to wait for standard road freight, this option fast-tracks your parcel.
- Delivery speed: Your package is prioritized to arrive quickly, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
